Planning & Design
We conducted an in-depth consultation to assess the space and develop an optimal layout for each unit. Designed efficient floor plans to maximize living space while ensuring practicality and aesthetic appeal. Selected high-quality materials, fixtures, and finishes to enhance durability and modernize the interiors.
Structural Alterations
Our team carried out extensive demolition work to remove non-load-bearing walls and create open, adaptable layouts. Installed new partition walls to define living areas, ensuring privacy and functionality.

Electrical & Plumbing Systems
We upgraded electrical wiring to accommodate modern appliances, lighting, and safety regulations.
Installed new outlets, switches, and energy-efficient LED lighting for enhanced usability. Designed and implemented a complete plumbing system, including water supply lines, drainage, and ventilation for en-suite bathrooms and kitchen areas. Integrated water heaters and appropriate pressure systems to ensure consistent hot water supply.
Kitchen Installation
Designed and installed compact, fully equipped kitchens with fitted cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and splashbacks. Installed modern appliances, including cooktops, ovens, extractor fans, and integrated refrigeration solutions. Ensured optimal kitchen ventilation to maintain air quality and prevent moisture buildup.
En-Suite Bathroom Construction
Constructed stylish en-suite bathrooms with space-saving layouts and contemporary fixtures.
Installed showers, toilets, sinks, and vanity units with high-end finishes for a sleek, modern look. Fitted high-quality tiling for walls and flooring, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Integrated ventilation systems to prevent moisture buildup and enhance air circulation.
Flooring & Finishes
Laid premium flooring throughout, including durable vinyl, hardwood, or high-quality laminate suited to high-traffic areas. Applied fresh coats of high-quality, washable paint in neutral and modern tones to enhance the sense of space and light. Installed skirting boards and finishing trims to provide a polished, seamless look.

Upgraded or installed heating systems, including energy-efficient radiators or underfloor heating where applicable. Ensured proper ventilation across all living spaces, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, to improve indoor air quality and comfort.
Final Inspection & Handover
Conducted a thorough quality control assessment to ensure all work met the highest industry standards. Completed a final deep clean of the entire property to prepare the units for immediate occupancy. Provided a detailed walkthrough with the client, addressing any final adjustments or finishing touches.
